I am a member of medhelp.com, and am going to try to keep it constantly updated. I find it very helpful. It has charts for menstrual cycles, moods, weight, and my meals and food. I can now keep track of those things for my doctor much easier, as I my memory of such things is practically non-existent.

On another note, I wore myself out over the weekend and crashed on Tuesday. Friday night I spent the night at my friends, then Saturday I was part of an intensive study group. We stayed up drinking tea and soda, taking half hour naps, and continuous studying. Sunday I worked in our house, we have moved, as well as on Monday.
So Monday night I had a headache that frightened me. I could have sworn that my brain was being pulled apart. The next morning I couldn't stand strait, walk strait, or even think strait. I was REALLY tired. Today I have slight aftereffects but am able to function much better.
Cheers!

I haven't been typing lately, and it is not because I am moping. The truth is that I have not only been busy, but very LAZY. I have been to Dr. Tuman (?) again and now have a appointment at the sleep study clinic, for my sleep issues, and with a specialised psychiatrist, for my fears. I have also started going to a alternative school, trying to work my way up to a normal life style.
I have been reading up on sleep studies to prepare myself on what I should expect from my doctors and what might happen. It also will help me mentally prepare, so I don't spaz to much before my appointment. I have found a cool website that describes what the study is and what happens during it.

I have yet to find a website on Fibromylgia that I can read all the way through. I anyone finds one let me know.
