I feel worse than I did yesterday, my sinuses are stuffed and causing my already pained and fogged head to be even worse. If I could I would use a Neti-Pot. Unfortunatly, the one we did have was plastic and so my mom threw it out. Plastic + Hot water + Up the nose = not-sure-but-not-good-stuff. For those who don't know what a neti pot is, I have supplied a website.
