I am leaving for my dads, who now lives in Arizona, on the 21st for three weeks. It should be a nice break from the changing weather here in Seattle.

When weather the weather changes my 'points of pain' hurt and ache more, this also occurs when the weather is cold. My 'points of pain' (POP - lol) include my back, specifically my lower back, my hips, and most of my joints.

Imagine a jelly like substance in all of your joints, between the disks in your spine, and covering your skull. This jelly substance liquefies in heat and leaves those areas feeling swollen and achy from the pressure, in cold it turns into a sandpaper like texture and rubs against itself when you move.

Yucky, huh. Yet this is the closest way for me to describe what I feel. In fact, when I imagine the pain this is the imagery I get.

  1. You should come and hang at my blog cause there is hope for Fibromyalgia. The fact you are so young the possibility for remission is greater.
